2012 Registration
Registration is easy. Just submit a registration form for each child registering and
choose a tuition payment option below.

or by phone
917-494-7620. Or you can complete the Online Registration Form here.
Then choose a payment option to complete registration:
Check/Money Order option: Pay by check or money order and return by mail.
Call or email for mailling address. See tuition rates here.
Credit Card option: Use your own credit card to pay through our secure Paypal link. This option is only available for regular tuition, not Buddy tuition. Please pay for Buddy tuition with check or money order.
Withdrawal Refund Policy:
75% refund for withdrawal before start of Program.
50% refund for withdrawal during 1st three days of Program.
No refund for withdrawal after 1st three days of Program.
CurtainUp Kids reserves the right to combine classes or cancel a program
if enrollment is below the minimum 2 weeks prior to start date of program.
You will receive a full refund if your child cannot participate due to a
schedule change or program cancellation.
